He has a proven ability to deliver financial and operational performance improvements across local and international markets, and is widely recognised as a change expert with innovative ideas that drive value creation, revenue growth, and sustainable profitability in the private, public, and service sectors.

Over the past 30 years, Hannes has been involved in more than 500 productivity improvement, strategy, and change interventions, guiding organisations through the development and implementation of company strategies, business model design and execution, business re-engineering, management planning and control systems, and the development of management competencies and leadership skills.

In the past 15 years, he has focused extensively on new business development projects, helping entrepreneurs design and implement bankable business models and business plans while building their management and leadership capabilities to ensure long-term success.
